A few days ago I went photographing in the park and found an old mine shaft. It was right by the trail, and it had this orange fence around it with a sign warning that it could cave in, so stay away. Of course I immediately stopped to check it out. AND IT ALL CAVED IN ON ME AHH. Just kidding, actually I just looked around and nothing happened, though I didn't take any pictures because it really wasn't very photogenic sort of looking. Like, at all.
So then I just kept going and got lost and found some native american memorial woods and then got lost some more and then found this old railway station that looked like an ideal location for the climax of a movie where the bad guy is shot or maybe a good place to hide a body because I didn't see a soul anywhere around there and you know that kind of spooked me because there are all these beurocratic looking brick buildings for the park maintainence personelle (French: persons) and its like some kinda sci-fi stuff going down there but its really actually kinda cool because you can be almost totally alone unless you don't like being alone in which case you might get a seisure depending on how much you don't like being alone and such and then I found the mine again and I knew where I was and I was about to take a picture, just so I could show you volks (German: people) but I was out of film. I went there again yesterday and took some though. Here they are. You can see the burlap curtain over the door and the weathered pilliar. That kicks. |
