I bought a thing of snuff tonight to see what the whole deal is on it. Let's just say, my nose feels like someone stuffed a burning tree in my nose and somehow used magic to make it feel good.
I doubt I'll be buying anymore, as it was little more than a thrill to answer a question of why people used to sniff snuff. People will no doubt think me a cocaine addict, what with the rubbing, sniffing, and scrunching of my nose. In Memory of Petey [Steven] Time:10:37 PM Wednesday, July 09, 2003
Yar. I'm posting before I really leave. Why? Because I can.
In Memory of Petey [Dave] Time:11:22 PM
In the fashion of retro WFW, I'm going to post something about music and stuff that I'm reading or watching or whatever.
Right now, I can't stop looping the songs Somewhere Out There and The Wonderful Future (both by Our Lady Peace, from Gravity and Spiritual Machines respectively. They're almost as if they go together, in that The Wonderful Future talks about her building a satellite and leaving the world behind, and Somewhere Out There talks about someone being off of Earth. I watched Three Men and a Baby tonight. Tom Selleck is my hero. He always has been. Ted Danson is annoying, but Steve Gutenberg rocks. Or whatever his name is. I'm going to be reading (a completely girl book) the Bridges of Madison County like, this weekend, when I get it back from my cousin. Otherwise, there's no good literature in this house. And it's driving me nuts. (said the pirate who walked into a bar with a stearing wheel between his legs). The weather here is horrible. It's so hot and humid that there's a constant haze everywhere, and the land is all flat and nasty. It rained a lot today, today was a good day. I liked today. But I still very much miss my New York's weather. she's beautiful and wonderful In Memory of Petey [Steven] Time:9:18 PM
I regret to inform you that this is the end. I am leaving now. Goodbye.
To camp. For a week. I'll miss you all v. much, but it can't be helped. I'm heading out to Bitterroot Lake, Montana. Trippin on butt that'll change my whole perspective on things, as Hansel would (roughly) say. Pray for safe travelings thither and yon, and that I won't get burned to a crisp lying on the beach all week. And yes, I will be away for my birthday. So bloody sue me. Perhaps I'm on some kind of Blogging spree. Perhaps, or perhaps not. I'm not exactly sure. Does three (secretly four) posts in a row count as a spree, Chuck? (chuck: not at all, steve, go ahead and post if you want). Alright, thanks, Chuck. So it's not a spree. But I'm guessing it almost is. (chuck: uh, no, actually steve, it takes about seven or more posts to qualify as a spree). Oh. Well, okay. So um, does that count if I post this same post multiple times? (chuck: um, let me check on that. okay, no. it says, 'the content of each post must be significantly different from the content of previous posts, unless it is a 'classified spree' in which the one who is on the spree is posting a chain of long posts having to do with the same concept. also, a pause of no longer than ten and no fewer than two minutes in between each of the seven or more posts on the same subject creates the 'thought-flow posting spree.' sorry, steve, your posts don't qualify in any of the areas it goes on to name here.) Well..Okay, thanks again, Chuck. (chuck: no problem.)
So I'm posting again, to show off this little bit of Classic Steve (as I now call anything pertaining to my old 'funy'). Whilst it is not overly Classic Steve, it is very much Classic Steve: yelvis nevets: i think the mix of canucka and americana at wfw rocks yelvis nevets: like, it's a cultural stew yelvis nevets: you know? lithtaurturelie: hehe lithtaurturelie: it toaaaaaaatally does yelvis nevets: well, it's more like a canucka stew, with little chunks of americana. she builds her own satellite from an old rusted chair In Memory of Petey [Steven] Time:12:25 AM Tuesday, July 08, 2003
On August the 18th, I will be - if the good Lord wills it - flying to Calgary. I can't wait. I love aeroplane trips, especially when there's a proverbial pot of gold waiting for me at the end of the proverbial rainbow.
I thought I would be really nervous, but now that the time is drawing nigh, I can't really say I'm all that nervous. I'm more nervous about going through customs than I am about meeting Kim for the first time ever in life and stuff. Also when there, I hope to go up to Edmonton. I'm not sure how this is going to work out, because I don't want to have to leave Kim, and I was going to go when she went to that one concert thing, but she'll've already gone by the time I get there, so that's out of the plan. However, Edmonton is not. Who knows, maybe she can go with me or something. Who knows. i wanted you to know, i dug you up a rainbow In Memory of Petey [Steven] Time:11:15 PM
Just so that some things are cleared up: I am not mad at Dave. I am not mad at Kim. I am not mad at John. Now will people please stop thinking that I am?
[post script] I am, however, irate. In Memory of Petey [Steven] Time:9:07 PM Monday, July 07, 2003

I am, to say the least, irate. Huuugs. Huuugs. Cest la vie. Who cares. I mean, I'll be there in like, a month, right? So it doesn't matter, right? Wrong.
It matters. Because I say so. [post script] Oringlorin: it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who that would be In Memory of Petey [Steven] Time:9:47 PM
I was looking through old chat logs, and found this. It was from September 2, 2002, in a chat with Steve, Ashley, and me. I thought it was funny.
Ashley says: steven, i don't believe you've ever heard a regular canadian accent. you need to hear one though and then you will want to marry an eskimo princess In Memory of Petey [Dave] Time:9:09 AM |
