I went to Future Shop yesterday after seeing Matrix Revolutions to see if they had the new Travis album yet and they didn't. But Weezer green album was on sale, so I snapped up that honey in a rush. And I talked to the cute cashier (chick) about Matrix. She asked me if I liked it and I told her that it didn't touch the first one, but it was still worth seeing and she said that's what she was scared of, that they wouldn't pull it off right. But then I got to thinking, how good was it, really, and how warped was my view of it because of the first one? I mean, its main redeeming quality was that it was a sequel. Is that really fair? But then I thought, even if only because of the first one, it still rocks. So there.
